Hello Hello ~

Usually, there's always a main process for marketing:

1)  Opportunity identification

2)  New product development

3) Customer attraction

4) Customer retention and loyalty building

5) Order fulfillment

If the every step works properly, normally the marketing would be successful too.

  1. It's producing & organizing goods based on the needs of the market and through marketing tools offering them to the needed customers. But since there're so many different countries, different cultures and different types of economy, marketing should not be set in one way.
Even though in one country, it's differentiated from consuming industry, B2B industry and tertiary industry while in same industries differnt companies might be running marketing in different ways.
Marketing is concerning to how a corporation can discover, create and deiver value to meet the targeting market's needs, meanwhile, gaining the proper profits.

  2. Value to the customer is an important concept, which we'll discuss alao later on. If the customer doesn't find any value in the product, why would she/ he buy it. A new product coming to the market needs to offer more value than the ones that are already on the market, in order to be successful.
